STEP 2
Once we collect your vehicle and route information, we’ll send you a Transport Order Confirmation. This document includes:Pickup and delivery addressesEstimated datesYour selected payment methodOur company informationAny special notes related to the shipmentAfter confirmation, we’ll assign the best-vetted carrier for your route. You’ll receive their carrier details, insurance certificate, and a copy of the Bill of Lading (BOL) — the official shipping contract — so you’re fully informed and protected.
Step 3
Your assigned driver will contact you before arriving for pickup. At pickup, the driver will:Inspect and document the vehicle’s condition with photosUpload the condition report for your recordsProvide live updates on the route and timingYou’ll also get the driver’s direct contact so you can reach them anytime during transport for updates or questions.
Step 4
As your vehicle nears its destination, the driver will contact you with an estimated arrival time. Upon delivery:The driver will perform a final vehicle condition inspectionYou or any adult over 18 can inspect the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) to confirm deliveryComplete payment to the driver using the agreed method (cash, Zelle, etc.)Your vehicle is delivered safe and sound!Have another shipment?
